Members of the Student Oncology Society are pleased to host TCMC’s first “Parachute Debate.” The community is welcome to attend this fun debate as faculty members argue their case regarding who should receive the last parachute.
The mock debate:
Three members of TCMC faculty are flying back to
Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport on a direct flight on
Rainforest Air after presenting a paper on the TCMC Longitudinal
Integrated Curriculum at the Falkland Islands Conference on Keys to
Longitudinal Education (aka FICKLE). Their plane will run out of fuel
over the Amazon, their pilot has jumped, and has left them with one
parachute. Come watch Dr. Tracy, Dr. Joyce, and Dr. Brereton debate and
see who is victorious and receives the remaining parachute and why!
Please note: this is an activity to build community and is intended as entertainment only.
Participants from left: Eleanor Gillis, Tad Witek, Dr. Gerry Tracy, Dr. Chris Adonizio, Dr. Harmar Brereton, Tom Churilla, Sean Wallace, and Julia Kolcharno. Missing from photo: Dr. Jennifer Joyce.
